At Moodly, we want your shopping experience to feel simple, smooth, and stress-free. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and what to expect after placing an order.


Shipping Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 7–17 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s service performance.


Shipping Regions

Moodly currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

If you’d like us to ship to your country or region and you're unsure whether we deliver there, please contact us at support@moodly.com. We’re always open to expanding our shipping reach.


Discreet & Private Packaging

Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with no reference to “Moodly” on the shipping label or return address.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • After dispatch, shipping time depends on the selected delivery method (typically 7–17 business days).

  • Please note: Our pillows are carefully prepared, filled, and packaged to maintain hygiene and quality. Because of this process, and during periods of high demand, processing may occasionally take a little longer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking does not update immediately, there’s usually no need to worry — this often means the package is still awaiting pickup or initial scanning by the courier.


Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • High shipping volume during peak seasons

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier strikes or operational disruptions

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments, where applicable)

We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing:

  1. Please check with your local courier and nearby neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby.

  2. If the package is still missing, contact us at support@moodly.com.

  3. We will investigate the issue with the courier and, depending on the outcome, arrange a replacement or refund.


Important Notes

  • Once your order has been shipped and assigned a tracking number, we cannot cancel or intercept it while it is in transit.

  • If you decide not to keep your order after receiving it, our Return Policy applies (within 30 days, where eligible).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.
